Multistack Solutions provides software development, AI solutions, and consulting services as described in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. We retain rights to general methodologies and pre-existing tools.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Courts in Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
